Hooks was booked on four felonies after he responded to a Craigslist ad for a person who said she was a mother wanting someone to have sex with her 13-year-old daughter, according to his arrest report.

After learning the age of the girl, Hooks sent a picture of his genitals to the undercover officer.

He then left his home in Milton on March 4 to meet up with the young girl for sex, stopping on the way to buy lubrication.

He was apprehended by law enforcement when he arrived at the location.

Lewis was arrested March 3 after talking to someone he thought was a 14-year-old girl on Whisper, a social media app, and traveling from his home in Milton to meet with her.

Spence and Bannin both responded to Craigslist ads from a person they thought was a 14-year-old girl, but was really an undercover officer.
